Online design resource Digital Abstracts is putting together a project titled ‘Creative Cards’ where they invited artists and illustrators to design a playing card in their own style.
The result is a deck of 54 unique cards that will be printed in limited copies and distributed between participating designers.
The project, aimed at spurring collaboration, features well-known artists such as Timba Smiths, Sara Blake, Joshua Davis, Anton Repponen and David Delin, among many other digital creative ninjas.
The completed deck will be available from April. You can pre-order an individual card for US$3 or an entire deck for US$54 here.
